Spanish term or phrase: conchas
Not much context here, I'm afraid. The term occurs in a list of different components of an installation where bread and other baked goods are prepared:

Linea de produccion:

6 conchas
Masas
Esponjas
Laminado
Cámara de vapor
Horno

Thank you.

shells
Explanation:
I've been translating another part of the same document Robert. Here's a picture of the 'conchas'. I translated it as 'shells' as it is a product name which refers to their shape, although you could leave it as it is as they don't translate it on their English language pages.

Although, it might be that Wendy's interpretation is right and conchas here refers to baking sheets (??)
