Hola, necesito ayuda con esta expresión, gracias.

“A leaker has to be prepared to subject himself to the penalties of law, but leaks can serve a really important role in helping to correct government malfeasance, to encourage government to be careful about what it does in secret and to preserve democratic processes.”

mal•fea•sance, n. Law.
the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law; wrongdoing (used esp. of an act in violation of a public trust). Cf. misfeasance (def. 2), nonfeasance.

mis•fea•sance, n. Law.
1. a wrong, actual or alleged, arising from or consisting of affirmative action.
2. the wrongful performance of a normally lawful act; the wrongful and injurious exercise of lawful authority. Cf. malfeasance, nonfeasance.
non•fea•sance, n. Law.
the omission of some act that ought to have been performed. Cf. malfeasance, misfeasance (def. 2).

«Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?» («¿Quién vigilará a los vigilantes?»)

Buen trabajo y suerte.

Notes to answerer
