Can anyone clarify what this means here? From other entries for "par tranche", it looks like it means that the discount will be deducted "for each 30 day period". Can anyone confirm this or suggest a better way of phrasing it?

Explanation:
I think that would be adequate to make it clear that they would not get a discount of 0,15% for 15 days. However, if you really wanted to use belt and braces, you could add that there would not be any pro-rata discount for shorter periods.
