“Item” seems to be fine, but I’d rephrase the sentence and go with something like “(immovable) property item being sold” along the following lines: “The Seller owns / holds title to the (immovable) property item being sold hereunder as per ...”
PS. A word of caution to Jack, if I may: I’d think twice before using the word “object,” which, along with the word “subject,” does not seem to be very popular with English-speaking lawyers, raised in a legal culture and philosophical traditions that are way different from those of their continental peers. |
