Premetto che spesso e volentieri il testo inglese pare proprio tradotto da un coreano.
In questo caso abbiamo solamente una serie di stringhe che farebbero pensare trattarsi di videocamere di sorveglianza.
Copio qui sotto le stringhe nella loro interessa in caso possano essere d'aiuto.
Premetto che cercando su google "mega modes" trovo solo Power Rangers :-)

Se cerchi le sigle dei modelli 6013 e 7004 del tuo contesto, trovi le sigle e anche i vari modelli 2M e 3M.
Tradurrei come "modalità 2M e 3M" che non so se si tratta esattamente di Megabyte, tuttavia i modelli vengono espressi in quel modo.

Explanation:
Un'idea, in base al contesto: siccome si tratta i videocamere per la sorveglianza (mi sembra) penso che "mega" si riferisca ai megapixel, cioè la risoluzione del filmato.
