French term or phrase: Cadres en réalisation de missions
Does anyone know if there is an English term for this type of manager? Would it be something like 'managers on assignment' or 'special assignment'….

I was hoping that the 'definition' below (taken from my document) was going to help a bit… but it doesn't really! It tells me what they are not, but not really what they are!


Définition et statut

Une certaine latitude d’organisation dans l’accomplissement des missions étant laissée à l’appréciation des salariés de [Company Name], il s’agit des cadres autres que cadres autonomes ou cadres dirigeants.

This is what makes me think it might be referring to 'assignments' - which, technically, I suppose could be carried out in the office or elsewhere….

Lors de réalisation de missions à l’extérieur de l’entreprise rendant impossible le contrôle et la saisie du temps de travail dans le système de gestion des temps, il sera décompté forfaitairement une journée de travail de 7 h 42 mn.

Any help would be appreciated!
