Medical - Medical (general) / ECG report
Italian term or phrase: BBDx focale
This is in an ECG report, which doesn't contain much information. It says

Ritmo: sinusale
F.C. 64
Asse electrico: a sinistra
PQ (msec): 180
Note: *BBDx focale.* Sovraccarico del ventricolo sinistro.

This looks like it should be easy, but I find only 7 or 8 instances of this in Google and 4 of these are the same article translated from Polish, and there's another translation from Pakistan .... It doesn't look like "focal RBBB" is used by native English writers.

How would you translate this phrase?

Thanks.

Thank you very much, Federica, for your suggestions and the time you put into this. I left it as "focal RBBB" in my translation (even though, somewhere, there may be a more exact translation of this).
