Ich redigiere Unterlagen eines Online-Tools für Bauherren / Planer / Architekten, mit dem sich unter anderem auch die Baukosten berechnen lassen. Im vorliegenden Teil geht es um die Kosten eines Neubaus. Unter «Jährliche Kosten», «Finanzaufwand» steht folgende Berechnung:

Rémunération des fonds propres = taux de rémunération x total investissement x fonds propres.

Übersetzt wurde dies folgendermassen:
Vergütung des Eigenkapitals = Vergütungssatz x Gesamtinvestitionen x % Eigenkapital.

Ist denn der taux de rémunération nicht der Zinssatz bzw. die rémuneration des fonds propres die Verzinsung des Eigenkapitals? Hm .... Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!
