prima por posición abierta overnight Explanation: If you hold a position open after a certain hour, as shown in the 'Instrument Details', a funding premium is either added (usually for short positions) or subtracted (usually for long positions) to your account to cover the benefit/cost of the associated funding. The Premium Time (the time of market close) for each instrument is shown under the details page as well. For short positions, the interest is paid to you. The interest payment is usually based on a reference rate plus 2 to 3% (if long) or minus 2 to 3% (if short). The reference interest rate is usually a major bank's overnight lending rate." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day10 hrs (2014-02-02 17:12:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In other words, not the overnight lending rate, but a premium on that rate. |

Reference: overnight trading Reference information: I dont think this refers to nocturnal work but neither to financing. Tasa overnight is overnight rate, which is the rate charged for money for one day in interbank transactions, but that is not trading that is financing. At least in the US banks are required to keep a certain amount of liquidity otherwise they are fined. If for any reason their liquidity fall short then they request and overnight loan from other banks to have time to adjust their liquidity. They are charged the overnight rate. Here is more like an extra charge, premium, like what is charged in *overnight* delivery. It says, no hidden fees or commissions just an overnight premium. It is an express charge for doing it quicker, no 24, 48 or 72 hours but overnight. It will be done by following morning. |
