This is from a text about an Argentine artist who made collages using posters and billboards he found in the street:

Sus obras se caracterizaron por un fuerte dinamismo en la composición y una primacía del color y de los contrastes tonales. Además de trabajar con fragmentos de color, el reverso con restos de la materia arrastrada de los soportes o la superposición de cabezas de beat, faraón o seres celestiales de Fray Angélico, el artista utilizó la grafía de los carteles.

See link. I think he's just giving examples of different characters or personalities that appear in his work, for example these "beat heads" which I imagine have a techno/electronic aesthetic. Not much on Google though, in Spanish or English.
