esprit de brioche


Explanation:
Personalmente, lo dejaría en lengua original como es el caso de muchos platos culinarios como la "mousse" francesa o el "tiramissu" italiano. Muchos restaurantes suelen describir en español el postre, manteniendo el nombre original de la especialidad culinaria.
