holdover tenancy držba pokračujúca aj po vypršaní nájmu Explanation: . -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 days (2014-01-12 13:25:36 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Thank you for the KudoZ points. In response to your grading comment, the authors of Lingea Lexicon 5 believe this is the most appropriate translation of the English term in question. You may find it a bit long in comparison with the original, but to the best of my knowledge you cannot translate the English term word by word in this instance. Otherwise, I guess, many colleagues adept at legal terminology would readily come up with a shorter and fitting equivalent. You may also wish to view the following reference regarding "holdover tenant" with a proposed translation that runs along the same lines as the answer I suggested: http://webslovnik.zoznam.sk/slovensko-anglicky/nájom/4 |
