Accordo di licenza EN>IT. Tutto è chiaro tranne l'uso di under nell'espressione in oggetto.

Ecco la frase: The Parties agree that if no Valid Claim exists, no royalties shall be payable under the Know-How of X for any Licensed Product in any country.

Traduzione: Le Parti convengono che, in mancanza dell'esistenza di una Rivendicazione Valida, nessuna royalty sarà pagabile under (?) le Conoscenze Tecnologiche di X per qualsiasi prodotto Concesso in Licenza in qualsiasi paese.
