C'est sans doute précisé quelque part dans le reste du document, mais ce genre de clause me fait penser à un contrat avec commissions ou bonus, dont la résiliation entraîne la perte des commissions ou bonus acquis.

Comme le terme le plus général pour "compensation" est rémunération, c'est celui que j'adopterais ) défaut de précision sur le statut des sommes dues.

  -> Ah yes, it says "owned by" and not "owed to".

agree  Tim Webb: Logically it IS a typo: if "I" makes false declarations to XXX, XXX will call the deal off and "I" will lose compensation owed by XXX. (Can't see why, if "I" makes false declarations to XXX, XXX would want to forfeit compensation owned by it.
