catch point: normalde yokuş yukarı giden bir demiryolunda yanlışlıkla bir vagon vs. esas treninden kurtulup yokuş aşağı ters istikamette giderse aşağıdan gelen trenle çarpışmaması için kaçak vagonu başka bir hatta almaya yarayan tertibat. Özel bir adı olduğunu araştırdım, bulamadım.
