neutral  Chéli Rioboo: Certes, mais pourquoi alors l'original ne dit pas simplement "la gastronomía" ? Il doit y avoir une nuance quelque part, non ?

  -> Dans ce cas, j'ai pensé à "art culinaire" qui fait plus "haut-de-gamme" et évite la répétition avec gastronomie, plus loin dans la phrase
