Inteleg ca merge vorba despre documentele eliberate de Camera Inregistratii de Stat (Republica Moldova), dar imi este frica sa indic exact denumirea organului emitent, sa nu fie vorba si despre alte organe. Visura camerale (commerciale?) = Solicitatare de informatii despre societate comerciala (se obtine prin Registrul Comertului)

When the seller is a construction company or a business entity, the buyer will also need to make sure that the company representatives with whom the buyer is negotiating and/or executing the contracts actually possess the legal powers to bind the seller for the purposes of the pending transaction. In this regard, the seller will usually request and obtain from the competent Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio) a certificate (Visura Camerale) containing all fundamental information and data currently on file on the company (including a list of the
company’s officers and their legal powers).
