uhm, molto dipende dal tono del testo che però, dal poco che leggo, non mi pare poi così tecnico...
In alternativa propongo "sollecitazione/sollecitare", ti pare possa starci meglio? :-)

Asker: secondo me è più "tecnico", dato anche quello che segue.

Asker: vero, non è un testo tecnico, però se guardi l'espressione viene usata specificamente per i training, a un significato preciso,... a sollecitazione ci avevo pensato, ma manca qualcosa...
