Spanish term or phrase: mareos / persianas
This is from the CV of a Textile Engineer in Colombia:

I need to know both "mareos" and "persianas". I can imagine what they are from the words, but are there specific terms for them in English?

Thanks

listing // horizontal striping / banding

Explanation:
This is from the Colombian official standard on fabric defects:

http://tienda.icontec.org/brief/NTC2794.pdf

I think this is called "listing":

"LISTING
Listing refers to a phenomenon in which variations in depth & shade occur on dyed fabric owing to uneven dye uptake from side to side and side to center."

"Persianas" must also refer to a colour defect, but I haven't found any references to what it actually means in this sense. My suggestion is a guess, based on the fact that "persianas" typically consist of horizontal strips.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Charles, I didn't manage to find that definition. Both references are very useful. I will keep looking for the "persianas" definition too.

I can´t help much with the term "persianas" but leave you with these links:

This one in particular looks interesting, but is just English:
