Ik ben een vertaling aan het maken van een brief van een groot bedrijf voor zijn werknemers. Hierin staat dat hun prestaties binnen het bedrijf aan het einde van het jaar zullen worden geëvalueerd.
Omdat het voorheen allemaal niet zo eerlijk ging (het schijnt dat er met verschillende maatstaven werd gemeten) hebben ze voordat de evaluatie (eerst een zelfbeoordeling en daarna de beoordeling van de manager) een schaalindelingsproces opgezet.
Vervolgens komt de volgende zin:

Due to the function calibration dates, the timelines for you to complete your self-assessment and for your manager to complete their assessment of your performance vary depending on your employee band level and pillar.

Ik snap dat de deadlines dus verschillen, maar wat willen ze zeggen met 'employee band level and pillar'? Heeft iemand een idee?
