mi pare che sia un corretto equilibrio tra gli "azzeccati" e gli " spontanei" in quanto provenienti dall'interno" di chi dona.

In ogni caso, al di là della mia proposta traduttiva, credo che un vocabolo che trasmetta empatia si debba trovare.

A meno che non si tratti di una proposta solo bereceramente commerciale. Nel qual caso, tutto va bene., purché il committente l'approvi.
