Salve a tutti, avrei bisogno di un consiglio. Come tradurreste il termine "paragraph" nella frase seguente? "The client shall ensure that such notices are included in any authorised copy of the product pursuant to paragraph 5.1.2 hereunder". Si tratta di un contratto di licenza software, io sarei propensa per articolo, ma il mio dizionario indica "paragrafo, capoverso, punto", ma non mi convince la numerazione. Grazie in anticipo!

agree  renata de rugeriis: pur non essendo una legge, fa riferimento ad articoli cogenti del contratto. Dal contesto si potrebbe scegliere meglio se indicare "al punto 5, comma 1.2" o soltanto al comma
