Tradurrei così perché mi sembra l'espressione più naturale in italiano. "Sympathetic" non è poi così necessario tradurlo. Inoltre, darei del tu, raramente si dà del lei al personale domestico, specialmente quando lavora per noi da parecchio tempo.
