In a FR-FR document about a new single-use, disposable medical device for performing nose examinations, the author lists several devices that are traditionally used such as the metal speculum and then says concerning these traditional devices: "nécessitent une stérilisation et donc une multi-possession". What does "multi-possession" mean in relation to traditional metal devices that require sterilization, and why do these devices "need" multi-possession? Thanks very much for suggestions.

  -> Yes but no need to sterilize which is time consuming. Thank you Phil.
agree  Michael Barnett: You need to own multiple units so that there is one available while the other is being sterilized. This is something you don't think about until you are caught with no available equipment.
