Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is regarding funding that is available for initiativws related to the arts in Chile. They are awarded on a merit basis by the National Council for the Arts.

The context is as follows:
Consolidar la modernizacion de los Fondos de Cultura, consolidando los usos y funcionalidades de la plataforma digital que permita acceder a la informacion de las bases de las convocatorias concursables, la formulacion de proyectos y recepcion de proyectos.
