onto blocks -- on blocks em cima dos /sobre os blocos Explanation: "Onto" como "into" denota movimento. Ambos, onto e on significam sobre, em cima. Eu usuaria "em cima" para "onto" e "sobre" para "on" I mentioned having "different meanings'' but actually, at least in North America, on can have the same meaning as onto.
