agree  yastee: i zwrot (l.p.) faktycznie otrzymany / zwrot jest jeden (tak samo jak nadpłata jest jedna), faktycznie otrzymany - choć może być wypłacany w kilku transzach. Dlatego mzd l.p. jest tu stosowniejsza. Mamy JEDNO saldo ze Skarbem Państwa, dodatnie lub ujemne.
