En el contexto de un informe médico relativo a una intervención quirúrgica. Imagino que se trata de una "modalidad de intervención", pero no entiendo la abreviación. Imagino que se puede referir a las "Pol-operationer" que he encontrado en

pero sigo sin saber a qué se pueden referir.
