I've looked for similar language in English documents but am having trouble.

Also what is the basic meaning? That you can't just buy the parts and then deliver them?

they didn't just say غير مستعملة
i just do not know :) غير تجارية means so many things in their culture like:
used, altered, countrified, ...etc. you always have to predict what they mean each time. Good Luck!

I know from past experience that certain products that are not patent protected such as medicine etc are called generic products, such as non brand-name products. I am not sure though how far reaching is this term, would it fit any product that is not brand named? whether it's medicine or not? Maybe so here it is.

مثلاً قطع سيارات شركة "كذا" يجب أن تكون من الشركة المصنعة الأولي ومالكة المالكة التجارية وهذا هو ما يطلق عليه
