Buongiorno.

Sto traducendo un accordo per la conduzione di uno studio clinico. La frase dice: "Institution and Principal Investigator agree that (i) they will have no ownership, license or access rights in or to Sponsor’s regulatory filings based upon the inclusion of Clinical Trial Data or Source Records therein and (ii) they will not acquire any interest whatsoever in the Medical Device or Clinical Trial Data as a result of performing the Clinical Trial contemplated by this Agreement."

Non so come rendere quel Acquire any interest. Significa che non possono rivendicare diritti rispetto al dispositivo medicale e all'utilizzo dei dati inerenti lo studio clinico? O sono fuori strada?

agli inglesi piacciono le ridondanze, ma non è indispensabile tradurre "whatsoever" (alcun tipo/genere di diritto): "alcun diritto" rende l'idea appieno.
