The subject of the letter is : onderarerp allonge terreinaanbieding

The letter is mainly on the terms and conditions and dates of finishing the " terreinaanbieding "

onderarerp allonge terreinaanbieding. Should probably read 'onderwerp allonge terreinaanbieding' which would be 'allonge, subject area offer' or 'allonge, subject site offer'
