"El plano de la finca" is "a map of the property/farm". "El título de la finca" is "title to the property/farm". However the speaker uses the term "título" to mean "deed" (which I think is a correct use of the term), since it appears to be a piece of paper. So "deed" comes up twice. When she says “título original” she is referring to an old piece of paper. "T'itulo de la finca" can also be translated as “title to the property/farm” but here “título” and “title” are abstract legal concepts that mean “ownership”, so there can be no “original title” in this sense. |
