Portuguese term or phrase: conservas de bovinos
This appears in a list about Brazil's main products for export:

'Preparaçoes alimenticias e conservas bovinos'.

I would be tempted to say 'bovine conserves' but that doesn't sound quite right, nor can I find this term on research. Does it refer to gelatine or simply 'beef by-products'?

Many thanks in advance for any input.

Best,

Louise

Looking back over the entries, perhaps 'preserved beef products' better captures the meaning in the source. However, I used Richard's suggestion in the translation. I believe Muriel's came in later, and so it's only fair to give Richard the points.
