Примеры словоупотребления указанного глагола в этом значении содержатся, в частности, в пунктах 2.7 и 9.4 переводимого аскером документа, см.www.rips.com.sg/downloads/file/5 Соответственно: 1.2.4 считается, что право, предоставляемое двум или более лицам, предоставляется им совместно и порознь, а (или: равно как и) обязательство, возлагаемое на двух или более лиц, возлагается на них совместно и порознь. Имхо, как и обычно. P.S. Для того чтобы разграничить right and interest в пункте 2.7, например, можно уточнить: право владения (right) vs. право распоряжения (interest). Впрочем, это тема отдельного вопроса. |
