Cheating is unacceptable. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:

Peeking off another student's test or quiz.
Conspiring with other students to share answers
Using unapproved materials during an exam

Cheating involving more than one person (such as person A peeking off of person B's test)

...with academic dishonesty being taken so seriously, many students may have to think twice before peeking off their neighbor's answers

Cribbing on tests . There is extensive irony in the comparison of two reports on education in America that were released this week.

Abstract The main aim of the study was to investigate the determinants of academic dishonesty. Its scope was limited to the specific kind of dishonest behavior which is commonly present among students: the phenomenon of academic dishonesty, manifested in cheating (colloquially: cribbing) on tests, exams, etc.

For as long as there have been tests, there has been cheating. Consider the so-called cribbing garment, an undergarment that was worn by examinees during the administration of civil-service examinations in China more than 1,000 years ago. On the fabric, examinees would meticulously inscribe 722 essay responses to likely exam questions.
