Explanation:
To my ear this combination of the two responses posted sounds best, taking Robert's suggestion of leaving off the word powder, and Noni's suggestion of the word mix.

Plus I can find lots of examples of this online to back it up.

Generically it can be just "seasoning mix" for any powdered blend of seasonings, whether for rice, chicken, soup, etc.
