Explanation:
prima di vedere l'immagine, avrei optato per la soluzione di Elena, ma poi vedendo la foto ho pensato, appunto, alla "coltella", da cucina l'ho messo tra parentesi perchè in questo caso lo si pubblicizza tra le forniture per ristoranti e affini, ma nella stessa descrizione si elencano anche altri possibili utilizzi.
