resíduos urbanos Explanation: Em português europeu o termo correto, correspondente a "municipal waste" é "resíduos urbanos". A designação "resíduos sólidos" ou "resíduos sólidos urbanos" não é usada de acordo com o novo Regime Geral da Gestão de Resíduos, devido ao facto de materiais como os óleos alimentares usados (não sólidos) caberem no âmbito dos resíduos urbanos.
