É uma expressão muito comum em terminologia de bolsa e significa forçar os detentores de posições curtas a fecharem a posição. De notar que este fecho pode ser forçado (buy-in) pela entidade corretora. Existe uma tradução na terminologia europeia (aperto da posição da curta), mas não me parece ser muito feliz. |
