Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / Clinical Trial
Spanish term or phrase: Area/Servicio/Departamento
This is a list of members of the Ethics Committee, who work in a University Hospital

Under the PROFESSION column, we have:

Coordinador del Área de Ginecología

Maestro del Servicio de Otorrinolaringología

Maestro del Departamento de Anatomía

I usually translate Area as Department, Servicio as Department, and Departamento as Department. But I now have all three together and so I need to make some kind of distinction.

Any suggestions?

Explanation:
Just because they're different words in Spanish doesn't mean they have to be different in English.
