If any Party believes that a "claim" might be made on an insurance policy held by the other Party, it shall promptly give written notice to the other Party.

Trattasi di Fornitore e committente il dubbio mi viene su claim che non capisco se debba essere inteso come denuncia o indennizzo perke poi continua cosi:

Each Party shall afford such reasonable assistance to the other as may be necessary for notification, preparation, negotiation and resolution of insurance claims. Each Party further agrees to confer with the other concerning defence of any such claim or proceedings and shall permit the other Party to be represented by counsel in defence thereof. The Supplier shall not effect settlement of, or compromise any such claim or proceedings without the Owner's written consent. Any payments by insurers under the policies of insurance referred to this clause, including payments in respect of any claim made by the Supplier, shall be made, if feasible, in the first instance to the Owner. The Owner shall use such insurance proceeds to pay the Supplier for making good the loss or damage which was the subject of the claim upon the Supplier making good such loss or damage.
