Explanation:
This is a weird word conceived by cartoonist Yiğit Özgür and to the best of my knowledge, he is the only one using it. It is just used to depict nonsense and usually used by his crazy characters (and I mean really crazy, like people in mental hospitals etc.) The closest equivalent would be blah blah but even that does not work properly because blah blah does have other connotations.

I have chosen this one because it made me think of an equivalent in English. The Russian lady in the cartoon is speaking nonsense-all the suggestions agree on that- so I've looked for an equivalent nonsense writer in English, viz. Roald Dahl. He coined nonsense words all the time in his books for children:- e.g. 'And how are you this morning, Toby?’ The reply comes after a bit of smiling and steeling, ‘Oh, um, well, swishwifflingly scrumdiddlyumptious…’ Then a little glance up to check that the sky hasn’t fallen in and that it really is OK to use words that are not in a dictionary and which seem so full of cadult-defying rudeness'. This is not a quote from Dahl but a student answering her teachr's question. Dahl used the word 'scrumdiddlyumptious' of a chocolate bar & his coinage has entered the language. I suggest a Russian woman who compliments Turkish men would says hat they are 'shkrumdiddlyumptious' & for misapirmermer the best translation would be 'hosfitamarble'.
