Ako se za razrjeđivanje koriste jažice na mikrotitarskoj ploči, onda se radi o jažicama, no neki od uređaja kojima se bavim imaju poseban "dilution well" - radi se o čašici spojenoj na tekućinski krug uređaja, u koju robot spušta iglu ili sondu i u njoj priređuje razrjeđenja potrebna za analize. Neki proizvođači u uputama to nazivaju "dilution cup". Nažalost, nemam reference pri ruci, no jedno su Siasovi roboti, drugo Grifolsovi analizatori za krvne grupe i neke druge aglutinacijske reakcije. |
