agree  ViBe: Оригинал действительно корявый: (1) «placeS» (pl.) – хотя выбрано ОДНО место и (2) «arbitrage» – ложный друг французского переводчика, породившего этот перл; должно быть «arbitration», естественно.

  -> Слово placeS, как мы видим, не вяжется с set up IT (порядок слов вызывает умиление :-)), тем более что место действительно выбрано одно. Да, перлов в оригинале много. Спасибо за поддержку.
