zajrzałam do Słownika Unijnego pod redakcją G. Ojcewicza (nie pamiętam skąd na półce) i tam podają "offence against documents' reliability". Po francusku: "infraction contre les documents", a po niemiecku: "Urkundendelikt". To tak tylko informacyjnie
