Par jugement en date du (date), le Tribunal de Commerce a prononcé la résolution du plan de redressement et l'ouverture d'une procédure de liquidation judiciaire au bénéfice de:

Ayant pour activité la fabrication et la vente de tous appareils et outillages mécaniques...

Le tribunal a par ailleurs autorisé le maintien de l'activité pour deux mois et fixé au (date) le délai dans lequel les offres de cession doivent être déposées. Par jugement du (date), le Tribunal a reporté la date de limite de dépôt des offres au (date) (heure).
