English term or phrase: Gate-shaped key type and Gate-shaped straight type.
There are two types of automatic transaxle shift mechanisms.
Type A:
Gate-shaped key type.
There is no lock release button on the selector lever knob.
Type B:
Gate-shaped straight type.
There is a lock release button on the selector lever knob.

Entiendo que se refiere al cambio manual y al cambio automático, pero no tengo los términos correctos... Mi traducción propuesta es:

Hay dos tipos de mecanismos de cambios del transeje automático
Tipo A:
Con llave de posiciones
La perilla de la palanca selectora no tiene un botón de liberación de la traba
Tipo B:
Con cambios automáticos
La perilla de la palanca selectora tiene un botón de liberación de la traba
