I (hereby) grant a power of attorney Explanation: . -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2013-07-26 15:37:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Toto jec absolútne bežná fráza, plnomocentstvo, plná moc, splnomocnenie je pisomne poverenie udelovane jednou osobou (povereník) druhej osobe (poverenec), v ktorom sa uvadza rozsah a vecna napln, v ktorej bude poverenec zastupovat povereníka v právnych záležitostiach. Na nete je veľké množstvo vzorov. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2013-07-26 15:40:53 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Oprava: slnomocniteľ a splnomocnenec, povereník je niečo iné http://www.vzory-zmluv-zadarmo.sk/tag/splnomocnenie/ -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2013-07-26 15:46:28 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- udelujem splnomocnenie/splnomocnujem - nie som právnik, ale pokiaľ hovoríme o splnomocnení v právnom zmysle slova, obidva výrazy sú IMO rovnocenné a výzbnamovo totožne. Splnomocňujeme udelením splnomocnenia a vice versa. |
