Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "осуществление требования". У меня был вариант "enforce claim", но тогда речь пойдет о принудительном осуществлении, а в тексте об этом не говорится.

Контекст - Контекст (предмет соглашения (об уступке права (требования)))

Сторона 1 производит Стороне 2 уступку своих прав и обязанностей к Должнику - (название компании), в том числе право требования долга в размере 50000000 рублей...

Сторона 1 обязана передать Стороне 2 документы, удостоверяющие право требования, и сообщить сведения, имеющие значение для осуществления требования

Ну почему же? Судя по словарным значениям глагола pursue (carry on/out, proceed with, follow up on), я не вижу ничего, указывающего на обозначенный Вами оттенок:
