This is from a court case regarding an electronics repairs technician claiming harassment from his employer.
I can't tell if acronym refers to electronics, human resources, or what.
Here is some context, listing the things the company says the employee did wrong, after stating that the company has always behaved loyally towards the employee.

La société ABC n’a rien à se reprocher, et loin s’en faut, dans le cadre des relations qu’elle a pu entretenir avec Monsieur XYZ.
On peut difficilement dire la même chose du comportement de Monsieur XYZ:

- Qui indique qu’il se met «souvent en arrêt maladie pour les faire chier »,
- Qui a des altercations verbales et physiques avec un autre salarié,
- Qui a des problèmes relationnels avec sa hiérarchie,
- Qui tient des propos désobligeants,
- Qui multiplie les insuffisances (il lui est reproché « 15 rejets APRS » alors que le maximum de rejets toléré est de 4).
- Qui n’a jamais fait état clairement auprès de l’entreprise d’une quelconque problématique et attendra que l’entreprise ait accepté son congé sans solde pour saisir le Conseil de Prud’hommes.

This is the only reference to APRS in the entire document, so I have nothing else to base any educated guesses on.

I did a Google search with "électronique+technicien+APRS" and it immediately showed pages with "emploi technicien APRS" on sites related to job searches. It appears to be a qualification in the field of aircraft maintenance.
APRS = approbation de remise en service.
It looks as though it is alleged that this chap's work is not up to scratch, that his work has been rejected 15 times, whereas there appears to be a threshold of 4 rejects allowed.

I find it rather presumptuous on writeaway's part to assume I did not do research and just wanted someone else to do it for me. I did search for quite a long time, but sometimes all it takes is the right combination of search words.
